Wednesday & Thursday Shuttle Bus Service

The Wednesday and Thursday BayRider service is a partnership with the City of Canada Bay Council. Priority will be given to people not eligible to use other community transport services. A donation of $5 per person is requested for a one way trip. The return trip is free. The donation can be negotiated for those who are financially disadvantaged.

Social & Community Transport

This transport service for the local community is provided by volunteers using their own cars. It focuses on providing transport to access DCC programs, other community programs and the overflow of the BayRider services.

Toyota Hiace Communter Bus

Our bus, complete with a wheelchair hoist, has a forward facing seating configuration. It is an automatic 2.7litre Toyota Hiace Commuter bus with ABS brakes and tinted windows. It is available for hire to community groups and organizations.

Monthly Sunday mini-outings to live music concerts are being arranged in the DCC minibus. The concerts are being held by Hunters Hill Music on Sunday afternoons from 2:30pm. The next concert on Sunday 5 August features L'Heure Exquise & Jose Carbo. Jose Carbo is Australia's leading baritone and he is joined by acclaimed classical guitarists Andrew Blanch and Ariel Nurhadi. L'Heure Exquise (The Exquisite Hour) named after Reynaldo Han's 1892 masterpiece features music by Schubert, Faure, Verdi, Debussy, de Falla and more. If interested and need transport, please give us a call to discuss.

Sunday 23 September features Acacia Quartet - a string quartet who have recorded six albums. They are passionate about supporting Australian composers and sharing their love of music with audiences of all ages. They regularly feature on ABC Classic FM, Fine Music 102.5 and Qantas In-Flight Entertainment.
