Two free online Meditations are being held via Zoom.
- Weekly on Thursday afternoons starting from 30 April 2020. Enjoy a guided meditation with Deborah for 40 minutes starting at 2pm. These are appropriate for everyone. It’s designed to improve your overall wellbeing and that of our planet. Meditation has been proven scientifically to de-stress us, improve our memory, our sleep and many other mind/body benefits.
- Monthly on Friday evenings starting on 15 May and then on 19 June 2020. You are welcome to join these guided meditations finding peace within and spreading peace out into the world. Join Mary for 40 minutes at 6.30pm.
