Two free Meditations are held monthly. Some transport is available for locals.
- Tuesday afternoon Guided Meditations on 18 February and 17 March 2020 from 1.30pm to 3pm. Enjoy free, easy and relaxing Group Guided Meditation whilst seated on a normal chair; appropriate for everyone. It’s designed to improve your overall wellbeing and that of our planet. Meditation has been proven scientifically to de-stress us, improve our memory, our sleep and many other mind/body benefits. A short tea time will be available afterwards.
- Friday evening Peace Meditations from 6.15pm to 7.30pm. You are welcome to join these guided meditations finding peace within and spreading peace out into the world. The next meditations are on 14 February, 13 March and 17 April. They are followed by a community dinner from 7.30pm until 8.30pm where we share the food people have brought.
