Once again, Irene of Coming Home Yoga will be joined by Tida Happy Yogi for a special event Yin Yoga & Sound bath. Find nourishment through a grounding yin yoga practice while being simultaneously lulled into serenity by the pure sounds and vibrations of traditional instruments. We conclude the experience with an immersive sound bath to soothe your soul. This therapeutic combination will leave you feeling connected, grounded and nourished.

We have props available to support your practice. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
