Keep Stepping

Gentle Exercise for Seniors
Activempowerment is an Exercise Physiology service that specialises in Aged Care and Disability. Come along and try the classes and learn strengthening, resistance and mobility exercises that will help with falls prevention and cardiovascular fitness.

Companions Connect: Building Better Health Brick by Brick

A monthly program is designed to foster meaningful conversations among participants, while stimulating creativity and engagement. Each facilitated session brings a new topic, allowing seniors & friends to reflect, share personal stories, and connect with others in a fun, hands-on way. Uses Lego Serious Play as a tool to start conversations. Afternoon Tea provided.

Pilates with Jodie

Putting mind body wellness first with a mat-based Pilates class for active seniors in a comfortable and friendly environment. Pilates can help with relaxation, stress management, improving core strength and posture and is a low impact exercise that helps to burn calories.

Gentle Yoga with Keri Hogarth

Keri is a Naturopath, Hatha Yoga Teacher and a certified Yoga Therapist. She has designed Gentle Yoga classes in a modified form suitable for inflexible, older bodies. Keri has been practicing Yoga since her 20’s and now specialises in Senior Yoga.

Personal Empowerment with Stessa

This personal empowerment program for Women (Monday evenings for adults) and teenage girls (13-19yrs on Friday evenings) is a blend of positive thinking, meditation, energy work, breathing exercises, and physical remedial exercises on the mat, to build authentic lasting confidence.

7.00 pm – 9.00 pm for women and 5.00 pm – 7.00 pm for teenage girls

Gentle Groove with Renata

Awaken your body and mind with a Gentle Groove. A movement class designed for those that wish to ease themselves into moving. We effortlessly dance to build strength, increase mobility and connection with our bodies, in the body that we come with. You move at your own pace. There are no right and wrong or left and rights. We promise you will leave with a smile and bounce in your step.

Yoga & Relaxation with Irene

Group yoga classes for adults in classic Hatha Yoga style. These classes are designed to enhance the student’s physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing through practices that cultivate, steadiness, ease and balance. Students will be guided with care and personal attention with modifications offered to ensure the practice is safe and accessible. Variations will also be offered to those students who want to be challenged.

Red Dragon Taekwondo classes for children

Martial Arts as a discipline will help to build your child’s confidence while at the same time improve their focus and discipline. A wide range of classes are held to cater from ages 3 – young adult.
