Tea & Chat is held on the third Thursday of every month in the afternoon. Join us for an interesting and informative talk on Dementia Awareness and how to reduce your risk. Chat with others over afternoon tea.

Helen Hislop, NSW Government Sydney Local Health, works to support people living with dementia and the people supporting them. Helen will talk to the group about dementia. What is it? What are the signs and symptoms? What help is available to you or a loved one? You will also receive tips on how to keep your brain healthy as you age.
