Drummoyne Community Centre has received funding from Australia Post to deliver an innovative program for seniors that builds friendship and connection while at the same time is cognitively stimulating, creative and fun! A first in Australia, the Companions Connect Program utilises Lego Serious Play as a tool to share memories, experiences and personal stories and engage in meaningful conversations.
Held on the third Thursday of the month from 1pm-2.30pm at Drummoyne Community Centre. Afternoon tea provided and free community transport for those who need it. This is a FREE monthly activity.
