Drummoyne Community Centre was thrilled to be shortlisted for two awards at the inaugural City of Canada Bay Community Awards. The centre was a finalist in the Spirit of Community Award category, while longstanding volunteer Maureen Casey was up for Local Volunteer of the Year.
We didn’t take home any trophies this time, but this recognition reflects the heart, generosity, and hard work of everyone who walks through our doors. Thank you for helping us build a place where community truly thrives.
The ceremony itself was a great night and an inspiring reminder of the wonderful work happening in our community. Big congratulations to all the winners.
