Keri is a Naturopath, Hatha Yoga Teacher and a certified Yoga Therapist. She has designed Gentle Yoga classes in a modified form suitable for inflexible, older bodies. Keri has been practicing Yoga since her 20’s and now specialises in Senior Yoga.
