Kids and Anxiety Workshop

About this event

Children experiencing worry and anxiety can feel overwhelmed, frightened and frustrated. This workshop will help you recognize the triggers and help
you prepare, respond and support your child to navigate change and better emotional regulation.

 Date:     Sunday, 15 & 22 June 2025

Time:     2.00 pm to 4.00 pm

Venue:     Concord Library, Cnr Wellbank & Flavelle Streets, Concord

Cost:      $20.00 per person for 2 week program (a 2.5% transaction charge will be added at checkout)

Suitability:  Parents of children (4 -12 years)
