Seniors: Would you know how to respond in an emergency?
About this event
This is an opportunity for seniors to refresh their skills and be confident in responding in an emergency.
Professional staff from Royal Life Saving NSW will help attendees gain knowledge and experience of CPR and the understanding of a defibrillator. They will talk about life saving methods and how to communicate with 000 when an emergency occurs.
This program is offered free of charge thanks to the funding of Briars Sports Club under the ClubGrants scheme.
FREE morning tea provided. Limited transport available. Bookings essential.
