Tea & Chat is held on the third Thursday of every month in the afternoon. Join us for an interesting talk and presentation on a topic chosen by our Members. Chat with others over tea and coffee.

The topic this month is Arthritis Management for Healthy Ageing. Our guest speaker is John Senior, representing CPSA, who will talk about managing arthritis symptoms so you can live an active and healthy life. A light afternoon tea will be served.
