Yin Yoga & Sound Bath with Irene

About this event

In this event to mark the winter solstice, you will be guided in a yin yoga practice that unravels the connective tissues while applying acupressure to the back, torso, hips and legs. You will be simultaneously lulled into serenity by the pure sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drums and koshi chimes, then finishing with an immersive sound bath to soothe your soul. This therapeutic combination will leave you feeling spacious, grounded, calm and peaceful. This practice is beginner friendly and we have props available to support you.

Your hosts, Irene from Coming Home Yoga and Tida Happy Yogi are looking forward to guiding you on your inward journey.
